Intro
My Role
The client was looking for a UI/UX designer to conduct a quick design sprint of the product concept. This was a very quick 5 days project that involved constant collaboration with the CEO and Project manager on a daily basis.
I was hired as a UI/UX designer to produce a total of 6 mockups based on the already built lo-fi wireframes from the project manager.
Deliverables
Branding: Color, typography, high res logo
Core pages: Pages were built using material UI as and used as part of the component library.
The main challenge was developing polished wireframes within a 5 day timeframe.
Problem
- Recruiters need an easy way to set up pipelines (groupings of jobs & candidates)and create Hiring Manager meeting agendas.
- Recruiters & Hiring Managers need a way to communicate pipeline status visually, create & resolve to-do’s and move candidates through the pipeline.
Produce high level wireframes based on the lo-fi wireframes I was provided with by the client
I designed the high level wireframes with guidance from the basic wireframes. I collaborated closely with the project manager when making design decisions based on color, font, and hierarchy.

The final designs included an analytics page, a tasks page, a candidate profile and multiple versions of the pipeline page (Kanban board)
