My Role

The client was searching for a UI/UX designer to conduct a quick design sprint for their product concept. This was a rapid 5-day project that required constant collaboration with the CEO and Project Manager on a daily basis, ensuring effective pipeline management throughout the process. I was hired as a UI/UX designer to create a total of 6 mockups based on the already established lo-fi wireframes provided by the project manager, utilizing project management software for streamlined communication.

Deliverables

Branding: Color, typography, high-res logo are essential elements in UI/UX design.

Core pages were built using Material UI and integrated into the component library, enhancing our project management software capabilities.

The main challenge was developing polished wireframes for our pipeline management system within a 5-day timeframe.

Problem

Recruiters need an easy way to set up pipelines for effective pipeline management, which includes groupings of jobs and candidates, while also creating agendas for Hiring Manager meetings. To enhance communication, recruiters and Hiring Managers require project management software that allows them to visually track pipeline status, create and resolve to-do’s, and efficiently move candidates through the pipeline, all supported by intuitive UI/UX design.

Produce high level wireframes based on the lo-fi wireframes I was provided with by the client

I designed the high-level wireframes with guidance from the basic wireframes, utilizing project management software to streamline the process. I collaborated closely with the project manager when making design decisions regarding color, font, and hierarchy, ensuring that our UI/UX design met the project’s goals effectively.

Polished wireframes & component library

The final designs for the project management software included an analytics page, a tasks page, a candidate profile, and multiple versions of the pipeline management page, which features a Kanban board, all reflecting a strong focus on UI/UX design.
