My Role
I was hired as UI/UX designer to design high quality mockups based on the wireframes that were provided to me.
Deliverables
Wireframes: Develop high quality wireframes using Figma
The main challenge was developing polished wireframes within a 2 week timeframe.
Problem
- Teachers need an easy way to interact with a system that allows them to take attendance, view student profiles, and have access to their grade-book.
- Overall, the system that they were using lacked creativity and it lacked quality. My main responsibility was to make up for that by designing an intuitive user experience.
Produce high level wireframes based on the lo-fi wireframes I was provided with by the client
Polished wireframes & component library
I had the freedom to make any necessary layout changes to the polished mocks. Overall, I used the layout that I was provided with but played around with the elements and the usability of the system. I really enjoyed working on the color scheme and I strived to make an innovative platform through the use of the UI elements.
